Volunteers Needed for State Convention
Come volunteer as we prepare for the 2010 election season
This will prove to be an exciting year as we work to increase our Democratic majorities in the Legislature and Congress, elect a Democratic Governor, return Barbara Boxer to the United States Senate, elect Dr. Ami Bera to Congress, and re-elect Alyson Huber to the Assembly.

The California Democratic Party has always relied on the involvement of grassroots activists and volunteers to make our Democratic Party successful. Without your energy, time and dedication we would not be able to elect Democrats around California and to the White House.
More than 800 volunteers are needed to facilitate a productive and enjoyable convention for the approximately 3,500 delegates, guests and press in attendance. Volunteers are needed in several areas - some assignments will require sitting while others may involve standing or acting as a runner.
There may be opportunities for volunteers to attend General Session and to hear some of our great speakers after their shifts. This will truly be an exciting and memorable convention!
If you are interested in volunteering, please complete the volunteer form at www.cadem.org/volunteer2010 by March 1st, 2010, for best availability.
Please note: In order to volunteer at the State Convention you must sign-up in advance. There will be a mandatory meeting for all volunteers on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
